Handmade crafts: Crocheting and Knitting

If the stress has strings, I will crochet and make a new craft out of it. When we were confined to a room during the pandemic, I tried something new to occupy my mind.  And, here are some of my handmade products through crocheting and knitting. The interesting thing about crocheting is that creating art lowers your cortisol levels and boosts your self-confidence. Another inspiring fact about crocheting and knitting is that it reduces the risk of memory loss.
